WHY THE FORM?

Traffic control planning involves a lot of moving parts. Dates change, needs evolve.

The Fourth Wall Traffic intake process was built to keep everything together and organized in one place.

Our forms collect and filter the required information, allowing us to:

  • Create a consistently titled email chain for each location, keeping conversations, confirmations, TCPs and equipment delivery details easy to find.

  • Quickly locate each request and its complete history.

  • Give customers direct access to the official drop and pickup calendar. Dates submitted or updated through the form sync automatically and notify the STS team for confirmation.

  • Maintain an official, structured TCP revision process from the initial request through final delivery.

  • Reduce duplicate emails, missed requests, and unnecessary back-and-forth.

The goal is simple: spend less time chasing information and more time designing sick traffic control plans.

WHAT’S NEXT

NEW REQUEST
‍ ‍You reserve a place in our queue the moment you submit. We’ll begin drafting your plan(s) at the earliest
opportunity.

Your confirmation email contains a unique link for this location. Forgot to add a sidewalk closure? Wait for the
confirmation email, then simply follow the link back to your form.

‍ ‍LOOPING IN YOUR TEAM? Once you get the email, simply CC them from your email client.

YOUR FORM STAYS ACTIVE
‍ ‍Before your plan(s) are issued, submit any TCP or schedule changes through the same link.

AFTER PLAN DELIVERY
‍ ‍When your TCP(s) are delivered by email, the message will include a dedicated, simplified Revision Form for
future changes. At that point, the original form and update link will be locked.

‍ ‍You can also use the revision link to request additional TCP pages for this location.
‍ ‍(Started with a single parking lane, but need a full closure for the shoot day? Use the revision link.)
